
A new traffic pattern will be put into place on northbound Route 1 at the Route 32 interchange starting Monday night.
PennDOT officials said the new traffic pattern will last through early July as part of the safety improvement project is underway on Route 1 between the Oxford Valley and Route 32 interchanges in Falls, Middletown, Morrisville, and Lower Makefield.

The new traffic pattern will maintain two lanes on northboundย Route 1.
Setting up the new traffic pattern will take place Monday from 7 p.m. until Tuesday at 5 a.m. Travelers on Route 1 might hit some period lane restrictions between the Route 32 and Route 13 interchanges, PennDOT officials said.
In addition, lane closures are scheduled on northbound and southbound Route 1 between the Oxford Valley and Route 32 interchanges this week from 8 p.m. until 5 a.m. for overhead sign replacement.
