Parents and the community are invited to take part in a Monday evening event to raise awareness about drugs and alcohol abuse.
The event will take place Monday from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at Walt Disney Elementary School on Lakeside Drive in Levittown. Bucks County District Attorney Matt Weintraub, Congressman Brian Fitzpatrick, and Richard J. Caron Foundation Director Christine Storm are among the speakers lined up for the event.

A similar forum was held in Lower Makefield in winter.
The school district began working with the Caron Foundation last year to fight and prevent mental health and opioid abuse in the school community.
