A 14-year-old girl from Bristol Township’s Croydon section who was found shot and stabbed last Friday passed away Monday morning.
The 14-year-old girl – identified as Autumn by her family on social media and in a fundraiser – died at St. Christopher’s Hospital in Philadelphia around 10 a.m., according to the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office.

Authorities said their investigation into the girl’s fatal injuries was ongoing as of Monday afternoon. No charges were filed as of publication time.
The girl was found badly injured inside her family’s home in the 400 block of Sycamore Avenue. Her parents arrived home Friday evening to find her. Medics and firefighters rushed to the home along with police.

The girl’s 20-year-old cousin was found a short distance away along State Road in Bensalem. He was suffering from a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the throat and was listed in stable condition at a local hospital as of Saturday, authorities said.

In a statement, the district attorney’s office said the girl’s cousin is 20 years old and not 19 years old as previously released.
Police and prosecutors have not released details on what happened leading up to the girl being fatally wounded and her cousin shooting himself.

Detectives spent Friday evening and Saturday along Sycamore Avenue.
A GoFundMe put up by the girl’s uncle has been seeking to raise $20,000 for her funeral. As of Monday afternoon, the fundraiser has pulled in $7,600.
