
A dump truck struck a railroad bridge Tuesday evening and rolled onto its side.
The 2006 International dump truck struck the railroad bridge that goes over Veterans Highway (Route 413) at Route 13 in Bristol Township around 6 p.m.

Police said the dump truck, which was driven by a 42-year-old Levittown man, had its rear dump body in the raised position when it struck the railroad bridge and rolled over. Authorities did not release why the dump body of the truck was raised.

Two other vehicles were struck by the dump truck. One of the damaged vehicles was towed from the scene, police said.
No injuries were reported.

Tow trucks removed the vehicles and the dump truck.
Fire police directed traffic around the crash scene under the bridge.
