Following Multi-Agency Investigation, Drugs Found In Man’s Underwear, Cops Say

A 28-year-old Morrisville Borough man was charged this month as part of a narcotics investigation.

Alex McIntosh was arraigned by District Judge Jan Vislosky on charges of possession with intent to deliver drugs, dealing the proceeds from unlawful activities, criminal use of a communication facility, child endangerment, possession of drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia.

Bristol Borough, Falls Township, Lower Makefield and Morrisville police conducted surveillance and engaged in four controlled purchases of heroin from McIntosh in December 2017. During the drug buys, 40 bags of heroin were purchased, police said.

Detectives noted that a 7-month-old and 2-year-old children were with McIntosh during one drug sale.

Officers from multiple police departments said they executed a search warrant on McIntosh’s residence on West Bridge Street in Morrisville Borough. Investigators recovered 20 bags of heroin, a Taurus .45 caliber handgun, approximately 8 grams of powder cocaine, a small amount of marijuana, three Suboxone strips and a small amount of liquid codeine were recovered from the home, police said.

At the Lower Makefield police station, 30 bags of heroin and 22 grams of crack cocaine were discovered upon conducting a strip search of the 28 year old. The drugs were concealed in his underwear.

The Lower Makefield Police Narcotics Unit began eyeing McIntosh in early December after they received a tip he was selling heroin along West Trenton Avenue.

A 2000 Pontiac Bonneville and $360 cash were forfeited by the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office.

McIntosh was released from custody this week after a Morrisville Borough woman posted 10 percent of $50,000 bail, according to county records.
