A Bristol Borough-based IT and digital marketing agency has acquired a New Jersey technology services and cable installation company.
1SEO Tech announced the acquisition this week of Network Drops. The deal closes in the new year and sale terms were not released.

The Bristol company, which is based in Island View Crossing (the Lenox Building) on Radcliffe Street, plans to expand the services they offer to businesses and become a one-stop-shop. Currently, they offer IT and digital marketing services and plan to add cabling with the addition of Network Drops.
“We’re very excited to acquire Network Drops. Now, we’ll be able to expand our focus to provide our clients with the services they need to grow and protect their business,” states Scott Fcasni, president of 1SEO Tech. “We understand that our customers invest so much in their IT infrastructure, and they should be able to rely on their network.”
Network Drops serves clients in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

The acquisition will add 10 jobs to the 80 current employees at 1SEO IT and Digital Agency at their Bristol location, 1SEO Digital Agency President Lance Bachmann said.
1SEO has grown from an office in Upper Southampton to a location on Route 13 in Bristol Township before settling on their current home in the borough.
