Ciarrocchi was hired by the District in 2007 as principal of Clara Barton Elementary School. When the District consolidated its nine elementary schools and opened three new elementary schools, Ciarrocchi was named assistant principal of the newly-constructed Mill Creek Elementary School.

Ciarrocchi is a graduate of Widener University where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Education and master’s degrees in Education and Educational Leadership.

Wilicki resigned from the Philadelphia School District in 2009 after serving in school administration for 10 years. He joined the Bristol Township School District as principal of George Washington Elementary School, a position he held for five years. As the District restructured its schools, he was reassigned to Maple Shade Elementary School and served as principal. With the opening of the new elementary schools, Wilicki took a position in administration at Keystone Elementary School.
