A 37-year-old Fairless Hills man will be charged via summons with defiant trespass and false identification to law enforcement after an incident at the J.C. Penney in the Oxford Valley Mall at 11:04 p.m.

Vandalism

Between noon and 7:30 p.m., someone cut the soft window on a Jeep Wrangler parked in the Chesterfield Apartments parking lot. The damage was valued at $200.

In the past day, an unlocked 2014 Dodge Charger was entered in the 100 block of Hollybrooke Drive. A phone charger, GoPro charger, bottle of cologne and business cards were stolen. The value of the theft $130.
