The free event is set to run from 1 p.m. until 8 p.m. at the wharf and Bristol Lions Park. Attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets to spread out on the grass to enjoy the festivities.

The day will feature Irish music and dancing, there will be vendors spread throughout the park and the Celtic Heritage Foundation will be opening an Irish bakery under the wharf itself.

The Celtic Heritage Foundation was founded in 1996 and the iconic monument at the wharf was erected in 1997.
