Bucks County Free Library Will Begin Offering Free Lunch To Children This Summer


Free lunch at the library is coming to two local locations this summer.

Beginning Monday, June 19, the Levittown and Bensalem branches of the Bucks County Free Library will offer free lunches to children 18 years of age and younger. The branches will serve lunch three times a week, on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, from 12 to 1 p.m. The program ends on July 26.

Children can enjoy a free lunch at the Levittown library branch at 7311 New Falls Road, or the Bensalem branch at 3700 Hulmeville Road.

The Bensalem Township School District, a sponsor of the federally-funded Summer Food Service Program, is partnering with the Bucks County Free Library to provide the delicious and nutritious meals.

No application or registration is necessary for the event.
