Their engagement began nearly three years ago with a surprise at the Bristol Borough Christmas Parade, and on Friday evening, Brian Hewlett and Priscilla Weimar officially tied the knot.
Gathered inside of the American Hook, Hose and Ladder fire station on Farragut Avenue, Hewlett, his best men and their families awaited the bridal party. A white carpet stretched out of the fire station to greet Weimar, who arrived in white buggy pulled by a horse.

They took their vows and the newly married couple, who are proud parents, was celebrated by their friends and family.

Hewlett is a volunteer first responder for the fire company, and the firehouse and decorations were adorned with flowers filled boots and fire helmets.
