Falls Township police have taken a man into custody after an informant provided information into possible meth dealing in the area.
Donald Marshall, 47, of Bristol, was arrested and charged with one felony and three misdemeanor drug charges. He was arrested and remanded to the Bucks County Correctional Facility on 10 percent of $75,000 bail.

According to a probable cause affidavit, Falls police were approached by a confidential informant (CI) on Tuesday. The CI told officers that a man, later identified as Marshall, was in possession of methamphetamine. The CI also told officers that Marshall would be operating his red pickup in the area of Bristol Pike, with a suspended license, according to court papers.
Shortly after midnight onย Wednesday, police were on patrol in the area of Graham Drive and Bristol Pike when they observed the vehicle described heading south on Bristol Pike. Police followed the vehicle and observed Marshall fail to signal his left turn signal while merging onto south Route 13 at Penn Valley Road, which prompted officers to initiate a traffic stop.
As police approached the vehicle, Marshall informed them he was at the trailer parks in an attempt to setup a drug buy. Law enforcement recorded that Marshall’s eyes were glassy and bloodshot, and that he confirmed he had taken speed earlier, authorities said.

Marshall, in the presence of officers, reached into his right pocket and pulled out a clear ziplock bag containing suspected methamphetamine, another bag containing two unknown pills and $164 in cash, court papers stated.
A probable cause affidavit shows that numerous items were found in Marshall’s vehicle, including: suspected methamphetamine, suspected marijuana, seven packages of Suboxone, a digital scale containing suspected drug residue, a glass pipe containing suspected methamphetamine residue, and multiple unused clear ziplock bags.

Law enforcement officers noted that Marshall’s license was in fact suspended because of a DUI case.
