Incumbent Neshaminy School Board member Ron Rudy has lost his seat.
In Tuesday’s Primary Election, Rudy was beat out in the three-way Region Three race by David Marrington and incumbent Irene Boyle. All the candidates were cross-filed and the two winners will appear on both the Democratic and Republican ballot. Incumbent Mike Morris did not register to run in the election.

Former board member John Allen beat out Adam Kovitz to get his name on the November ballot for Region Two. Due to the fact he will be unopposed in the General Election, it is likely he will win his way back to the school board.
In Region One, Cyndie Bowman won a spot on the Republican ballot and Maryellen Toy-Ricciardi will be on the Democrat ballot.
Rudy became the target for some parents upset about his stance on closing Neshaminy elementary schools. He was opposed to closing Oliver Heckman Elementary School in Langhorne Borough, but some voters said he did not do enough to stop the closure of other schools.
