
Middletown Township has hired James D. Morrissey to tackle their 2017 Road Paving Program.
The contractors came in nearly $13,000 lower than the next project bidder.

The paving project, which is estimated to begin mid-summer will cost the township $1,326,030.60.
Township officials said the 2017 project includes milling and paving of nine miles of roads, including the Durham Ridge subdivision roads and driveways, as well as storm improvements on Harrison Avenue and Village Road.
Officials estimate the project will be completed by late September.
