Dolyestown Cops: Bristol Twp. Man Went To Applebee’s After Burglary

A Bristol Township man is accusing of breaking into a wireless retailer and then going to Applebee’s.

According to Doylestown Township police, officers responded Tuesday to the Verizon Wireless store in the 1700 block of Easton Road (Route 611) around 11:30 p.m. for a report of someone kicking their way into the business. Upon pulling up, police said they found the glass on the front door was shattered and several phones and tablets were damaged. In addition, several speakers were taken from the business.

Doylestown police summoned a K-9 unit from Montgomery County to track the burglary suspect. The track eventually led to the Applebee’s not far away where 21-year-old Louis K. Telliano was taken into custody.

Items taken from the store were allegedly found with Telliano.

The 21-year-old was charged with burglary, criminal trespass, criminal mischief, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and possessing an instrument of crime.

Telliano was arraigned and sent to the nearby Bucks County prison on 10 percent of $250,000 bail.
