UPDATE: Police Release More Details On High-Speed Chase That Left Multiple Injuries
Police officers chased a stolen car through Bristol Township and Tullytown around noon Wednesday.
The chase ended with three men being taken into custody by officers from various agencies. A Bristol Township police car was also involved in a crash at the intersection of Mill Creek and Edgely roads during the chase.

Initial reports indicated that several officers were being treated by medical personnel after the crash.
Officers were initially alerted to a road rage call involving a gun in Tullytown and began searching for the vehicle involved, which a license plate number confirmed it was reported stolen Tuesday out of Bristol Township, Tullytown Chief of Police Daniel Doyle said.
While searching the area, an officer spotted the vehicle in the Levittown Town Center and took one suspect in custody. The other two suspects made off in the car and police from multiple department’s rushed to catch up, Doyle said.

The chase led to Green Lane between the Crown Square Apartments and the Bloomsdale section where one suspect fled on foot. While in foot pursuit, officer spotted the suspect was with a semi-automatic handgun, which he ended up dropping. Police ended up tackling the man and arresting him, Doyle said.
The final suspect bailed from the car and was captured further up on Green Lane. He resisted arrest and eventually ended up being handcuffed, the chief said.

Bristol Township police officials were not immediately available for comment on the chase.
Law enforcement officials from the Bristol Borough and Bucks County Sheriff’s Office responded to assist Bristol Township and Tullytown police.
