Bristol Township police received a complaint in early November 2015 involving possible sexual abuse of children. Through an investigation where the three juvenile victims were interviewed, police found that the children identified Schultz as the abuser, according to court papers.
The abuses took place at the childrens’ grandparents’ home on Avenue A in Bristol Township, police said.

One of the victims said that at various functions, Schultz isolated her before the alleged abuse. Court documents state hat Schultz would become a “tickle monster” for the children and demand to give them “birthday spanks” on occasion while fishing.

A detective met with Schultz and confronted him with the allegations. Schultz said he could not remember committing such acts, but then asked to call the girls to “apologize for everything.” Schultz also admitted to assaulting one of the girls, according to the probable cause affidavit.
At arraignment, Schultz he sent to lockup on 10 percent of $150,000 bail.
