
A Levittown man has been charged with entering New Jersey dorm rooms where young women were sleeping.
NJ.com reporter Kevin Shea wrote 25-year-old Jon Cannon was arrested on New Year’s Eve and charged with three incidents of approaching sleeping women in dorms at the The College of Jersey in Ewing.

During dorm incursions on September 10 and October 21, Cannon is accused of approaching the women while in they slept. On December 22, Cannon allegedly entered a dorm and touched a female student, the NJ.com story stated.
College police charged Cannon with criminal sexual contact, burglary and trespassing charges, the website reported.
News accounts indicated that Cannon has been in trouble before for creeping on a college campus.

In 2015, Cannon was accused of entering two dorms at Rider University’s Lawrence, New Jersey campus and touching two women. He also was charged with entering a Rider sorority house, according to The Rider News.
Cannon was placed on a pre-trial intervention program for first-time offenders in fall 2016 for the Rider incidents, NJ.com said.
