The man who died was suspected of using “Swine Flu” branded heroin, police said.

Investigators are said to be looking into whether there is a bad batch of heroin going around the area and if the four overdoses are connected.

In Philadelphia, NBC10.com reported that a bad batch of heroin is likely to blame for 50 overdoses on Thursday in the city’s Kensington and North Philadelphia neighborhoods.
