Police suspect the man who robbed a convenience store earlier this week struck at a nearby gas station Thursday evening.
A gas station in the 200 block of West Trenton Avenue in Falls Township was hit by an armed robber around 5:10 p.m., police said.

The suspect, who matches the description of the robber from Tuesday’s robbery of the 7-Eleven on Alden Avenue, displayed a black long-barreled revolver and demanded money. He received an unreleased amount of cash and fled on foot, police said.
Tuesday’s robbery and Thursday’s are located almost exactly a mile apart.
