A spa worker was taken into custody for allegedly being too handsy with customers.
Burbank, California police took David Elijah Ward into custody Thursday. He was wanted by Falls Township police on charges of aggravated indecent assault and indecent assault.

According to detectives, a woman reported to them that in July a masseuse named “David” touched her inappropriately at the Hand and Stone Spa on North Oxford Valley Road. During the nighttime massage, Ward is accused of moving from rubbing her legs to touching her private areas and breasts.
Police later discovered that on July 29 a separate customer complained Ward went from massaging her leg to rubbing the exterior of her vagina, court papers stated.
“Are you uncomfortable?” Ward allegedly asked.

“Yes,” the woman replied.
“I’m sorry,” he reportedly responded.

Ward left the area before police issued their arrest warrant and now resides in California.
Local authorities will have to file paperwork to extradite Ward from California back to Bucks County to face charges.
