No, the Rocky 2016 bus parked in Penndel and the tractor-trailer in Philadelphia have nothing to do with the Rocky Balboa movie series.
The bus that parked at the corner of Durham Road and West Lincoln Highway (outside the long-closed adult book store at the corner) was taking a break as businessman and presidential candidate Rocky De La Fuente visited the Democratic National Convention.

The bus appeared in Penndel Tuesday morning and drew attention from those driving past.
Ricardo De La Fuente, the candidate’s son, told LevittownNow.com that his father is “visiting events throughout the region and connecting with other Democratic leaders.” In addition, he clarified that his father is running as an independent for president this November in over 40 states and also as a Democrat running for senate in the district that includes Miami.

Rocky De La Fuente is currently set to face off against fellow Democrats Patrick Murphy (the Florida politician), Alan Grayson, Pam Keith, and Reginald Luster for the senate seat. If he wins and Marco Rubio wins the Republican senate primary, the two could face off in that race this November.

While Ricardo De La Fuente admits his father’s chances of winning president are slim, he said the candidate still plans to stay in the race.
In a recent interview, Rocky De Law Fuente said he is running for election to give back to the country that has provided him with “immeasurable opportunities.”

While the campaign bus is parked in Penndel and the candidate is in Philadelphia, the De La Fuente campaign said they have no planned events in Bucks County.
