
A 21-year-old Bensalem woman was injured when she lost control of her car and crashed Sunday evening.
Around 5:30 p.m., the woman lost control of her 2004 Ford Explorer along Main Street in Hulmeville. The vehicle went off the right side of the road, striking a speed limit sign and trees and shrubbery before slamming into a utility pole, according to a statement from Pennsylvania State Police.

The Penndel-Middletown Emergency Squad transported to the woman to St. Mary Medical Center in Middletown with unreleased injuries.
What caused the woman to lose control of the SUV was not listed in a press release.
