Bucks County Community College celebrated the unveiling of its new Centurion mascot earlier this week.

The new mascot made its first appearance at a pep rally featuring students and college athletes on Wednesday at the Newtown campus.

The updated mascot will represent the college’s sports teams, all of whom compete in the Region XIX of the NJCAA and the Eastern Pennsylvania Athletic conference.

The new custom-made mascot was paid for through $7,000 raised by students, faculty, staff, and college supporters in just five days.
