According to court documents, Falls officers arrived at the Red Roof Inn shortly after noon Monday for reports that an armedย subject had been banging on a motel room door and waving a gun around. Despite finding a female banging at a hotel room door, police did not uncover a weapon.

Officers knocked on the hotel room door but did not receive an answer, until they were provided a key card from the hotel staff, then, according to a probable cause affidavit, they uncovered Scary inside. While searching for a gun inside the hotel room, police uncovered two small plastic bags containing wax paper bags with green print. The bag were suspected to have contained heroin.

Police noted that Scary became irritated at the officer’s presence, arguing with police before being detained and transported him to the station.

Court documents state that while at police headquarters, Scary was searched and found to have a pack of cigarettes on his person. At the bottom of the pack of cigarettes contained a small clear plastic bag with five small round blue pills.

Scary was later found to have attempted to conceal two small plastic bags of heroin inside his mouth. While multiple officers attempted to stop Scary, he had appeared to already have thrown up the bags into the toilet and flushed them down, police said.

While being transported to Aria Bucks Hospital, Scary is said to have spit directly in the face of two officers. X-rays and CT scans showed Scary no longer had any bags of the drug in his system, according to court papers.

Scary awaits a preliminary hearing scheduled for February 17.
