Bristol Township-based State Rep. Tina Davis announced Tuesday that she will seek another term to serve the 141st District.
“I am proud to be a consistent voice for working families and seniors in Harrisburg. With your support, I will continue to fight to increase education funding, reduce property taxes, and expand access to pre-K by making the gas industry pay its fair share,” Davis said in a statement.

The press release mentions Davis’ focus to fight recovery homes that have overtaken neighborhoods in Bristol Township.
Davis, a Democrat who lives in Croydon with her family, was first elected to serve in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 2010 after serving on Bristol Township Council.
“We need to restore the public’s trust in government,” the small business owner and LaSalle University graduate said. “The only way to do that is to hold government to a higher standard.”

Davis’ district covers portions of Bristol Township, Hulmeville, Middletown and Penndel.
As of Tuesday, no Republican challengers for the 141st District have announced their campaigns.
