A 34-year-old Falls Township man who admitted to sexually abusing a 5-year-old girl is now facing a child pornography charge.
Eric Joseph Derr pleaded guilty earlier in January to indecent sexual intercourse with a child, unlawful contact with a minor, corruption of minor and indecent assault. His sentencing has been postponed until he can undergo a Sexual Offenders Assessment Board review.

Two weeks after his sentencing, Falls police filed a single count of child pornography against him.
According to court papers, Derr had child porn on his computers. Numerous images of prepubescent girls in sexual poses and without their breasts covered were found on one of the computers.
Further investigation uncovered more files that appeared to contain child porn, police said.

Falls police worked with Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office to uncover the porn.
In the case he recently pleaded guilty to, Derr touched the girl inappropriately and exposed his penis to her on several occasions at two homes in Levittown when she was between the ages of five and six.

Derr remains in prison unable to post bail.
