A busy road is blocked due to railroad work, according to officials.

CSX track work at the South Bellevue Avenue crossing led to the crossing being blocked “indefinitely,” Middletown police said in an alert. The track work in the area of the Langhorne Regional Rail Station is forcing the busy section of road to be closed.

The tracks sit in a small sliver of Middletown that buffers the border between Penndel and Langhorne Manor.
