Penndel police allege a man that raped a woman last month attacked her again just last week.
An affidavit noted that a Penndel police officer responded to a borough apartment shortly before 2:30 a.m. last Thursday for reports of a domestic incidentย in progress, where the man in question 19-year-old Andrew Gallagher of Lock Haven, Clinton County, was in possession of a knife and had an active arrest warrant.

As the officer approached the apartment, he noted a commotion and heard theย female inside the apartment yell, “get the f**k away from me.” The officer reported that the door had been locked with a dead bolt, and due to theย exigent circumstances, he kicked down the door to ย the apartment, fearing for the woman’s safety.
Inside the apartment he found the victim, who appeared to have injuries to her face and was crying, and Gallagher, who was laying partially on the floor and a bed, with his hands behind his head. “Please don’t hurt me,” Gallagher allegedly told the officer. A pocket knife with it’s blade out was found next to Gallagher, according to court documents.
The victim, police noted, was transported by ambulance to Aria Heath’s Bucks County campus in Falls Township, where she was treated for a hematoma to the back of her head, contusions to her head, face, and eyes, minor bite wounds on both her hands and bruises on her forearms, police noted.

Gallagher, who was taken into custody without incident, noted at police headquarters that he had not hit the victim, and said about the pocket knife found at his side. “I had it out just to have it.”
Gallagher, after speaking with his attorney, was then transported to the Middletown Township Police Department where he was arraigned on all charges andย sent to prison on 10 percent of $100,0000 bail.

Police noted that they had responded to anotherย call for service involving the man and woman just last month when the woman reported Gallagher had raped and assaulted her after finding photos on her phone that made him irate.
According to that affidavit, Gallagher called the woman a “dirty w***e”, pushed her, ripped off her dress, put her in a choke hold and screamed that he would kill her.
The victim told police Gallagher also smacked her in the face and punched her in both her thighs for nearly three hours before Gallagher said, “Since you like to be a w***e, you’re going to take my d**k. I am going to rape you.” The woman noted the rape lasted for about five to seven minutes before Gallagher grabbed his backpack, stole a pair of Michael Jordan sneakers and left on his bicycle.
