Firefighters Investigate Another Arson In Breezy Acres Trailer Park

A quick-acting resident of the Breezy Acres Trailer Park put down a fire at a nearby mobile home before it could seriously damage the structure.

Falls Township Fire Marshal Rich Dippolito said the fire on Jefferson Drive was dispatched around 9:30 p.m. Crews arrived and had little work due to the actions the mobile home park resident who put out the flames with a garden hose.

The mobile home was vacant at the time of the blaze, the fire marshal said.

The fire was ruled an arson by Dippolito. He said it is at least the third one in the complex this year

In spring three fires were intentionally set to mobile homes on Kennedy Drive. In one case, a unit that was heavily damaged in a fire was set ablaze again and completely destroyed.
