Authorities in Falls Township are investigating what they believe to be an arson fire.
The fire, which happened Sunday around 2:45 a.m. at 45 Kennedy Drive in the Breezy Acres Trailer Park off Lincoln Highway, was the second blaze at the property in less than a month.

While no one was living in the mobile home due to damage from the fire earlier in the month, the cause of which is still undetermined, Fire Marshal Rich Dippolito said the blaze in this incident appears to be intentionally set.
According to officials the first blaze, which occurred on May 19, took place just hours after the mobile home was sold to a new owner. The new owner unfortunately did not yet have insurance on the property.
Dippolito said despite the already fire-damaged condition of the mobile home, Sunday’s fire was intense when crews arrived, luckily no injuries were reported.

The Breezy Acres Trailer Park has been home to several mobile home fires over the past few years.
