The Neshaminy School District Administrators Association‘s new deal is retroactive and runs from July 1, 2015 until June 30, 2020. The board voted 7-2 for the contract.
Raises for the members of the association would be received every other year. Board member Stephen Pirritano said the 7 percent raise over the five years of the deal and the 17 percent cost of health benefits that administrators must kick in is in line with contracts other Bucks County districts’ have. In the final year of the deal, the cost for healthcare will rise to 18 percent.
Board member Mike Morris did not vote for the contract and said new deal was a “disgrace.” He added administrators pay should be based on student performance.

As with the administrators’ contract, the deal would provide raises every other year. The health benefit portion of the contract is similar to the administrators’ contract.
Director of Human Resources Theresa Hinterberger received a new contract similar to the one approved for administrators. Board members said she received a separate contract due to her job and because she reports directly to top administrators.
Morris did not vote for Hinterberger ‘s contract, saying he was only voting against it because he had not seen a copy in advance.
