According to Falls Township police officers, they were calledย Saturday afternoon at the Bel Aire trailer park located on Bristol Pike for reports of possible child abuse.
When officers arrived, according to a probable cause affidavit, they spoke with both the victim’s mother, who advised officers that theย two 11-year-old girlsย had been inside an RV owned by Levittown resident William Shaw when an altercation ensued. Shaw spent time in jail last year when he backed his SUV into the front doors of Judge Jan Vislosky’s court room in Fallsington before fleeing down New Falls Road. Police said the impact led to roughly $5,000 in damage. Shaw later returned to the scene of the crime with an odor of alcohol coming from his breath and became โdeceptiveโ when Sgt. Sven Beauchmin asked where his vehicleย was, according to court paperwork.

Court records show Shaw was paroled from jail last September and ordered not to enter businesses that service alcohol and he needed to seek evaluation and treatment for mental health and intoxicating substances.
