State Police: Couple Charged With Drug Offenses & Endangering The Welfare Of A Child

A Bensalem couple are facing drug-related and child endangerment charges after a Sunday car crash.

Pennsylvania State Police said they responded to a one-vehicle accident in the 500 block of Main Street in Hulmeville Borough Sunday morning around 10:50 a.m. Upon arrival, they discovered 26-year-olds Stanley Petroski and Bobbie Lynne Deo, both from Bensalem, at the crash scene with a 2-year-old boy.

Troopers said Petroski appeared to be under the influence of drugs and had suspected synthetic marijuana on him. Deo was also found to have suspected synthetic marijuana on her, state police reported.

The two were taken into custody without incident.

Petroski was sent to county lockup on 10 percent of $10,000 and Deo was remanded to prison on 10 percent of $5,000 bail. Both will have a preliminary hearing on August 19.
