
New Jersey police have charged a Levittown man with driving while intoxicated after he was allegedly involved in a golf cart accident.
Geoffrey R. Klei, 43, was charged by West Windsor, New Jersey police after an employee at the Mercer Oaks Golf Course on Sunday reported trying to stop a man allegedly driving a golf cart erratically.

According to a press release, responding officers learned the golf cart was involved with a crash with another.
“Geoffrey R. Kleid, the golf cart operator, had exited the Mercer Oaks Golf Course onto Village Road West in the aforementioned golf cart and subsequently collided with another vehicle,” police said.
Kleid was charged with DWI, reckless driving, careless driving and failure to stop or yield. He was proceed by police and released to await a court date.
