Falls Township police are investigating a troubling incident.
Officers learned Saturday evening that an SUV, possibly a white 2004 Ford Explorer with temporary New Jersey tags, attempted to pull over a vehicle on northbound Route 13 at Penn Valley Road around 5 p.m. The vehicle, according to police, had red and blue lights inside the window.

The driver refused to pull over for the SUV with the lights and continued on Route 13, police said.

Lt. Hank Ward said officers checked with multiple police departments in Bucks County and New Jersey with none having units along Route 13.
