Motorcyclist Dies As Result Of Bristol Pike Crash

The motorcyclist who was struck by a white sedan Monday evening died Wednesday night, according to Falls Township police.

The male motorcyclist, whose name was not immediately released, passed away after suffering a serious injury to his femur and head around 7 p.m. Monday in the crash that happened on Bristol Pike in front of Darby O’Gills.

The motorcyclist, who was not wearing a helmet, was struck by a white Honda that was making a turn into the parking lot of the eatery, police said. Lt. Hank Ward told LevittownNow.com it was too early to know if the driver of the white car will be charged in connection with the death.

The driver of the sedan was taken to the hospital for a possible shoulder injury.

Police closed a portion of Bristol Pike while they investigated the crash and cleared the debris.
