Motorcyclist Suffers Life-Threatening Injuries In Bristol Pike Crash

A motorcyclist suffered life-threatening injuries and the driver of a sedan suffered a possible shoulder injury in a Monday evening crash.

The crash happened on Bristol Pike in front of Darby O’Gills in Falls Township around 7 p.m.

The motorcyclist suffered serious head trauma and a possible broken femur bone, Lt. Hank Ward said. Medics rushed the man to St. Mary Medical Center in Middletown for treatment.

The driver of the white Honda sedan that was making a turn when the collision happened was transported to St. Mary Medical Center for a possible shoulder injury, Ward said.

Police said the motorcyclist was not wearing a helmet.

The roadway was closed while officers investigated the crash.
