Police Execute Search Warrant, Allegedly Find Drugs In Hotel

A man was arrested last week following the execution of a search warrant in Bristol Township.

Raymond Tuthill, 45, who is homeless but last lived in Levittown, was found inside of hotel on Route 13 to have methamphetamine, used glassine baggies and a digital scale, according to Bensalem police, who conducted the investigation and the executed the search warrant.

Tuthill was taken to the Bensalem police station and admitted he had no permanent address, according to court papers.

Court papers do not have further information on the arrest or investigation that led to the warrant being served.

Tuthill is charged with possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance. He was arraigned by District Judge Joanne Kline and sent to prison on $50,000 bail.
