A woman charged with sexually assaulting a 13-year-old boy came before a Bucks County judge last week.
Bethann Wagner, 26, will undergo a competency evaluation before a hearing to withdraw the no contest plea she entered into earlier this year. The no contest plea was for a charge of statutory sexual assault. With the plea, the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office did not prosecute her on charges of corruption of minors, indecent assault, unlawful contact with a minor and furnishing liquor to a minor.
