A man already in trouble for alleged drug dealing was arraigned Monday on three counts of child endangerment and other drug-related offenses.

William Visco, 20, of Middletown, is accused of having 39 bags of heroin and drug paraphernalia in the same Foxwood Manor apartment where he lived with his girlfriend, son, mother and minor brothers, court papers say.

Detective David Strother noted in court papers that the drugs were within reach of the children.

The drugs were found when investigators from Falls Township and Middletown executed a search warrant on the apartment.

For several months, police have been observing Visco, with knowledge that he may be connected to the heroin trade. He was arrested recently along with three other people.

Visco was charged last month with two felony counts of manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver. He was remanded to county jail unable to post bail.
