Pink Paint Thrown At Car On I-95

Pennsylvania State Police are looking for any information the person who threw an object filled with pink paint at highway traffic.

Just before 2 p.m. last Thursday, a Philadelphia woman driving a Hyundai said an “object” struck the vehicle and splattered pink paint. The woman was driving in the northbound lane of I-95 just before the Penndel/Levittown exit in Middletown when her vehicle was struck, state police said.

While the car did sustain some splatter marks, no serious physical damage to the vehicle occurred, state police said.

The incident comes just a few weeks after rocks were thrown at vehicles on the turnpike in Bristol Township.

Anyone with information on the incident is asked to call state police at 215-942-3900 and referent incident number Mo3-1567753.
