Turner is accused of using bolt cutters to get through the chain link fence that encloses the property, police said.

The two are accused of stealing copper and equipment from the property and service trucks, according to an affidavit of probable cause.

The first burglary was discovered on October 16 and two others were found on November 1 and November 3, court papers say.

Investigators identified Turner and Monroe through trail camera images and other security devices PECO installed at the facility following the thefts. The images were then distributed to local media and tips were sought.

Monroe was arrested last month in connection with the thefts.

Turner was charged with burglary, theft, criminal trespassing and possession of an instrument of crime. He was arraigned before District Judge Joanne Kline and sent to Bucks County prison on 10 percent of $100,000 bail.
