A 47-year-old man was allegedly peddling prescription drugs outside a Penndel bar.

Andrew Leonard Carlin Jr. of Middletown was arrested Wednesday on two drug charges and two counts of criminal use of a communication facility.

According to Penndel police, investigators and an informant set up a drug buy with Carlin via phone on September 10. The informant was set to buy four Oxycodone 30 mg tablets. Around 7:20 p.m., an undercover officer went with the informant who met Carlin outside a bar on West Lincoln Highway. The informant and Carlin traded cash for drugs, court papers say.
Police and an informant set up another drug buy on the evening of September 24. A transaction of four Oxycodone 30 mg tablets went down in the parking lot of the West Lincoln Highway bar around 7:30 p.m., according to court documents.
Police said they witnessed both transactions.

Carlin was arraigned Wednesday night before on-call District Judge John Kelly Jr. and was sent to Bucks County prison on 10 percent of $75,000 bail.
