His brother, Magnor Sarceno, 19, of Trenton, is being held on without bail as a material witness, Assistant District Attorney Robert James said. Judge Diane Gibbons reportedly denied bail because Magnor Sarceno is considered a flight risk.
A third suspect investigators believe was involved in the murder of the Trenton man, whose name has not yet been released, still remains on the run. James said he could not comment on that investigation. Sources told LevittownNow.com on Thursday that Bucks County Detectives have spent the week in Trenton tracking down leads connected to the suspect.
The Sarceno brothers were arrested by Morrisville police moments after the violent assault on their drinking buddy around 8:30 a.m. on Sunday. Bucks County authorities were able to hold the men for several days on U.S. Immigration, Customs and Enforcement detainers.

It has been reported that the three men did not initially intend to kill the man after coming to Morrisville from an illegal speakeasy in Trenton.
The assault was called in to 9-1-1 after a nearby resident saw something happening on West Post Road while he drank his morning cup of coffee.
