There will be at least three opportunities for Bucks County residents to receive free flu shots this month.

Here is the times and location of upcoming vaccination clinics:

  • Saturday, October 4, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Bucks County Department of Health, 1282 Almshouse Road, Doylestown.
  • Saturday, October 11 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Lower Bucks County Government Complex, 7321 New Falls Road, Levittown
  • Saturday, October 18 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Upper Bucks County Government Complex, 261 California Road, Quakertown

No appointments are necessary.

The county recently purchased the flu vaccines from Sanofi Pasteur for just over $29,000.

The county usually provides free flu vaccines at the the large-scale pandemic drill, but the drill has been cancelled for this year.
