Authorities in Bristol Township are investigating the death of a man who was left at Lower Bucks Hospital Tuesday night.

According to police, a black man and woman took the man into the hospital and left him there without sticking around around 9 p.m. Police were called and secured the scene until the Bucks County Coroner could arrive.

It is not yet clear whether the man, who was in his 50s, was dead when he was transported to the hospital or if he died on arrival, police told LevittownNow.com.
The couple were reported to have driven off in the man’s Honda shortly after, police said.
As of 11 p.m., police said they were looking for the car and the two people.

Acting Chief of Police Lt. John Godzieba confirm the investigation was taking place but said he did not have further details to release. An on-duty sergeant was reported to be on the road and not immediately available for comment.
