A man has been arrested for masturbating inside the Lower Makefield Kohl’s store on Big Oak Road.
Jeffrey Whitman, 31, of Bristol Township, was arraigned early Tuesday morning three counts each of open lewdness, disorderly conduct and harassment.

According to Lower Makefield police, officers responded to the department store for reports of a man masturbating throughout the store.
Surveillance video provided by the store showed Whitman following behind women while touching himself, court papers say.
A store manager told police she remembered Whitman from two previous incidents earlier this year. Video from both alleged incidents was turned over to police.

“Whitman did admit to [police] that he had achieved climax within the store,” an affidavit of probable cause reads.
Witman was sent to county jail on 10 percent of $10,000 bail.
