A drug sting by Lower Makefield police netted a man who authorities alleged sold meth and heroin near Oxford Valley Elementary School in Falls Township.
Eric Dunn, 38, of Falls’ Fairless Hills section, was arraigned Wednesday afternoon on various drug-related charges and criminal use of a communication facility. He was sent to county jail on 10 percent of $100,000 bail.

Police said in court documents that they received a tip Dunn was trafficking heroin and meth from his home located in the 400 block of Trenton Road, which is directly across the street from Oxford Valley Elementary School.
A Lower Makefield police narcotics officer, who is sworn to conduct operations throughout Bucks County, arraigned four controlled drug buys with Dunn between May 17 and July 10, according to court papers.
Here’s what police say Dunn sold them:
- May 17: Dunn sold one gram of meth in exchange for $100. The deal took place at his house in the 400 block of Trenton Road in Falls.
- June 25: Dunn sold four bags of heroin, stamped “Monster in Blue Ink, for $40. The deal took place at his house in the 400 block of Trenton Road in Falls.
- June 25: Dunn sold one bag of heroin, also with the stamp “Monster in Blue Ink, at his house in the 400 block of Trenton Road in Falls.
- July 10: Dunn sold .33 grams of meth in exchange for $90 dollars in the parking lot of the Burger King in Penndel.

Court papers say three of the deals happened in the school zone.
Dunn previously served probation after he was convicted in a 2009 drug case out of Falls Township.
