Jon Schwegler, 26, of Croydon, pleaded guilty to charges including rape, sexual assault and related offenses before Common Pleas Judge Rea Boylan in Doylestown. Assistant district attorney Matthew Lannetti told LevittownNow.com sentencing for Schwegler was deferred for 90 days until the Sexual Offenders Assessment Board can determine if the 26-year-old is a sexually violent predator.

Schwegler admitted to a 2010 and 2014 rape in court. The most recent happened on New Year’s Day at the victim’s apartment.

“I really like dominating girls and watching that type of porn,” Schwegler allegedly said during an interview with police following his arrest.

Schwegler grabbed the New Year’s Day victim by her hair and sexually assaulted her inside her apartment, according to police. He told her he’d burn her apartment and kill her children if she screamed, authorities said. After Schwegler sexually assaulted the woman by forcing her to perform oral sex on him and penetrating her,  he went outside to smoke a cigarette and the woman called police, court records say.

Schwegler told investigators he remembered the victim in a 2010 rape “crying a little bit,” court papers say. He allegedly added that she told him “no” and asked him to “stop it.”

The two cases were similar, according to authorities.

Schwegler was initially charged in a 2009 rape but that part of the case was dropped because the victim could not be located for a preliminary hearing. Lannetti said if that victim can be located his the district attorney’s office would likely bring more charges against Schwegler.
